PRESERVE WHAT EXISTS. CREATE SOMETHING NEW. STAY SUSTAINABLE.

At our sites in Neukirchen-Vluyn and Anholt, we are shaping the infrastructure of tomorrow with vision, responsibility and a clear commitment to the region.

In Vluyn, we are building two new TROX The Cubes office buildings in a hybrid timber construction for our expanding IT department. At the same time, we are modernising existing structures. Building 1 is being extensively renovated while remaining operational, with work including refurbishment of the entrance and roof repairs in the production area. We have purchased an adjacent farm and will retain it as part of the site; a utilisation concept is currently under review. We have also expanded the parking areas to include photovoltaic modules and charging stations, ready for feed-in.

In Anholt, we are investing in expanding our largest production site. In addition to new halls and storage areas, we are creating a modern training workshop and new functional areas for our employees. The site has been developed in an environmentally friendly way, with green parking lots, a retention basin to protect the mud minnow and a newly created forest strip for bird protection, all of which send a clear signal of our ecological responsibility. A dedicated photovoltaic field is also being built on the site of a former nursery.

Two locations. Many measures. One goal: to grow together by conserving resources, anchoring ourselves in the region and planning for the future.

OUR VISIONS

At TROX, we are rethinking buildings as dynamic spaces for knowledge exchange, energy efficiency, and social value.

  • Driving innovation: With digital BIM planning, modular wood hybrid construction, and renewable energy systems, we are setting standards in Industry 4.0 manufacturing.

  • Promoting career prospects & talents: Modern workplaces, an IT training center, and an expanded training workshop promote talent and create secure jobs – regionally rooted, globally networked.

  • Social responsibility: Green facades, green roofs, and adapted flood profiles protect the climate and environment, while transparent dialogue formats involve residents and authorities from the outset.

This is how we position ourselves as innovative, fast-growing, and responsible – for employees, partners, and the neighborhood alike.
