Sustainable new construction as a strategic step for growth and innovation in one of the world's most dynamic HVAC regions forms the basis for TROX's new innovation headquarters in Suzhou. This largest single investment in the region sends a clear signal that the Asia-Pacific market is a key component of the company's future development.
Spanning over 40,000 m², the site features an infrastructure consistently focused on sustainability and efficiency. The building meets the requirements for LEED Platinum certification and operates as a CO₂-neutral production facility. A company-owned photovoltaic system with a capacity of up to three megawatts ensures that the energy demand can be fully met from renewable sources. This creates a site that integrates production, development, and energy supply into a single, scalable system designed for long-term growth.
“With the new location in Suzhou, we are creating the conditions to link innovation, production, and market demands even more closely. For us, this is a logical step to further expand our systems expertise and simultaneously advance sustainable solutions in one of the world's most dynamic regions," says Udo Jung, member of the TROX SE Executive Board responsible for Production, Sales, and Research and Development.

The HVAC market in the Asia-Pacific region is expected to reach a volume of USD 148 billion by 2032.
The site is designed to accommodate both current requirements and future growth, and was deliberately planned with a long-term perspective extending beyond 2040.
This structure underscores the ambition to create a site that is flexibly expandable and efficiently supports industrial processes.
At the heart of the new headquarters is innovative capability, which is concentrated in the so-called "Innovation Floor." Here, development, testing, and certification are available directly on-site, significantly accelerating innovation processes.
