Z-line filter for the separation of coarse dust, used as the first stage in ventilation and air conditioning units or as prefilters for high-quality filter stages
■ Filter group ISO Coarse (coarse dust filter)
■ Low differential pressures at high volume flows
■ Moisture-resistant cardboard frame
■ Optional frame made of plastic or galvanised sheet steel
■ Optionally with flat seal
■ Tested according to DIN EN ISO 16890

Application
  • Z-line filter type ZL for the separation of coarse dust in ventilation and air conditioning systems
  • Coarse dust filter: prefilter in ventilation and air conditioning systems

Special characteristics
  • Cover on both sides with perforated plate or cardboard grid
  • Filter medium impregnated with a special agent to bind dust
  • High dust holding capacity with very low pressure losses
  • Quick installation and removal
  • Low weight and small transport volume
  • Can be easily and safely disposed of in municipal refuse incineration plants as emissions are low in harmful substances

Z-line filter type ZLP for the separation of coarse dust when used as prefilters in ventilation and air conditioning systems. Z-Line filters available in various filter sizes with standard installation depths and cross-sections; ISO Coarse filter group in accordance with DIN EN ISO 16890.
