ERP system changeover: for even better collaboration

With this modernisation, we are creating the conditions to optimise business processes further, make information more readily available, and make processes from order to delivery even more efficient. The goal is a consistently high level of service quality and reliable order processing.

In day-to-day business, as little as possible should change. In the longer term, however, a great deal will improve: the plant-wide ERP system allows us to network our plants more closely and to plan and control orders across locations.

All existing agreements as well as your customer and order data will be transferred completely and securely to the new system.

Yes. Your usual contacts remain available to you. We have organised our processes so that we remain fully operational as usual during the changeover.

Despite careful preparation, we cannot rule out delays in individual cases, for example in order processing or with agreed delivery dates. In that case, we will inform you early and look for solutions together with you. Our employees are doing everything they can to keep any impact as low as possible.
